Coding In The Hood event at The Big House with Co-Founders Paul E. Hiles and Dr. Lance McCarthy with UHTF Brand Ambassador, Corvain Cooper

Corvain Cooper was sentenced to life in prison. He was granted clemency by Donald Trump after serving 10 years for a marijuana charge. Corvain was asked “What will you do with your second chance?” He responded that the world continues to change with the one constant being technology. “I want to be a part of something that builds wealth and helps the community and Urban Hip Tech Foundation is that platform”. We collaborated with the Brand Ambassador to host an event at The Big House LA to introduce the Crime to Coding platform the neighborhood. The attendees ranged from 5 to 50 years old and represented young successful entrepreneurs as well as ex-felons looking towards upward mobility in their communities through the programs we are offering.
